River Rescue

Emergency crews respond to a car that was submerged with the driver inside in the Allegheny River near Railroad Street in the Strip District on Thursday, June 16, 2016.  The victim was rescued from 10 feet of water and taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital where he later died.
