Those waiting for an hour for the pool to open were disappointed after the pool staff announced to those waiting that the pool opening for the day would be delayed an additional 2 1/2 hours. A power outage over the evening forced the pool to delay opening earlier in the day. The staff had to add water to the pool and treat it before allowing the public to enter. Eventually the pool staff closed the pool for the day.
